The Space
Recently updated to provide a contemporary feel within a traditional setting, the apartment is designed for comfort and style. The living area serves as the heart of the home, featuring a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa bed—perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The sleeping arrangements include a serene double bedroom designed for restful nights. While the apartment can accommodate up to four people, it is most comfortable for a group of three. The layout is completed by a spacious, modern bathroom equipped with a refreshing shower.

Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen and dining area, featuring:

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.

Access
The entire apartment is exclusively yours to enjoy. Check-in is available from 3 PM to midnight via self check-in. For early or late check-ins, please request approval at least 24 hours before arrival. A secure link will be sent to you to provide your information and confirm your arrival time. Please note that a short video call is required to verify IDs in real time before access details are released.

The Neighborhood
Located on Via Faenza, you are steps away from the best of Florence. You are a stone's throw from the Mercato Centrale, a paradise for food lovers featuring traditional Tuscan vendors and a modern upstairs dining hall. A short walk brings you to the historic Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella, one of the world's oldest pharmacies. The surrounding streets are alive with artisan shops, cozy cafés, and authentic trattorias.

Getting Around
You are in the absolute center of the city. Most iconic landmarks are within a 5-10 minute walk:
Duomo & Galleria dell'Accademia: 7 minutes
Piazza della Signoria & Uffizi Gallery: 12 minutes
Ponte Vecchio: 15 minutes
Santa Maria Novella Train Station: 5 minutes (ideal for day trips to Pisa or Siena)

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes.
For reasons of public safety and in accordance with current regulations, access to the facility is subject to the submission of identity documents (via a secure link) and simultaneous verification via video call.
Mosquitoes can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM.
No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise.
Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges.
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
