The Space
Step inside and be greeted by a stylish interior where every detail has been carefully considered. Situated on the 3rd floor with an elevator, this apartment combines effortless accessibility with high-end comfort.
The living area features a spacious lounge with a cozy sofa and television, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, ready for you to showcase your culinary skills. One of the crown jewels of this home is the 60 sqm expansive terrace. Furnished for relaxation, it is the ultimate spot for morning espressos or sunset wine sessions.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable double bed, an ensuite bathroom for added privacy, and a private television.
Second Bedroom: Offers two single beds (can be joined upon request) and its own television.
For your convenience, the home is equipped with full air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a utility room featuring both a washing machine and a dryer.
Access
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
Please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.
Interaction
We respect your privacy but are always available via the Airbnb messaging app for any questions, recommendations, or assistance you may need during your stay.
The Neighborhood
Borgo Ognissanti is one of Florence’s most prestigious and authentic neighborhoods. You are steps away from the Arno River and the luxury boutiques of Via de' Tornabuoni. The area is famous for its antique shops, high-end galleries, and the stunning Ognissanti Church. You’ll find world-class dining and charming cafes right at your doorstep.
Getting Around
The apartment is a short 10-minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella (SMN) train station. Major attractions like the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi Gallery are all within a 10-15 minute stroll. If you wish to explore further, the nearby tram lines and taxi stands provide easy access to the rest of the city.
Important Notes – Please Read Carefully
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes.
All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival.
Mosquitoes can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM.
No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise.
Electricity Usage notice: Italian homes have a limited electricity capacity. Using multiple appliances simultaneously may trip the main switch. To reset the power, turn off the devices before switching the electricity back on. The main switch, a white box, will be pointed out to you upon arrival.
Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges.
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
