Located on the third floor of a classic building and easily accessible via elevator, this gem offers a seamless blend of modern design and authentic Florentine charm. Whether you are here for a romantic getaway or a family adventure, this stylish retreat ensures a memorable stay for up to four guests in the heart of the city.

The Space

Access
The apartment is at your complete and private disposal.
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

The Neighborhood
Located on Via dello Sprone, you are in the "coolest" district of Florence: the Oltrarno. Just steps away from the Pitti Palace and the lush Boboli Gardens, this area is famous for its artisan workshops, antique boutiques, and lively squares like Santo Spirito. You’ll find the city’s most authentic 'trattorie' and chic wine bars right at your doorstep.

Getting Around
Florence is a city best explored on foot, and from this location, everything is within reach.
Ponte Vecchio: 2-minute walk.
Uffizi Gallery & Piazza della Signoria: 7-minute walk.
Santa Maria Novella Train Station: 15-minute walk or a short taxi ride. The area is well-served by local electric buses (C3 and C4 lines) that navigate the historic center.

Important Notes – Please Read Carefully
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes.
All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival.
Mosquitoes can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM.
No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise.
Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges.
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.

Sudden malfunctions of appliances (e.g., air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc.) which may fail due to wear and tear. We ensure all are in working condition upon arrival and will do our best to resolve issues quickly, though immediate repair may not always be possible;
External noise (from neighbors, construction, or other sources not under our control).
