To accommodate larger groups, the living room features a high-quality sofa bed, allowing the property to host up to 6 guests comfortably. With two modern, beautifully finished bathrooms, the home ensures privacy and ease for every guest. Every detail, from the refined furnishings to the premium materials, has been curated by Toc Toc to provide an evocative and luxurious stay.

Guest Access
The apartment is entirely at your disposal.
Check-in is scheduled between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
As there is no reception, we kindly ask you to provide your exact arrival time at least 24 hours in advance of your check-in date.
Late check-ins must be requested and approved at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
Early and late check-ins incur an additional fee:
From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: €10 (€15 on weekends)
From 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM: €25
From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM: €35
From 10:00 PM to midnight: €45
Please note that check-ins after midnight are not permitted unless previously arranged.

Getting Around
The central location makes exploring effortless. Most major landmarks are within a 10-minute walk. The area is well-served by taxis, and the Santa Maria Novella train station is easily reached by a short bus or taxi ride.

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes.
All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival.
Ants can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM.
No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise.
Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges.
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
