Welcome to our comfortable and bright apartment located in Florence. Situated in a quiet residential area, it is the perfect base for couples, small families, or friends looking to explore the city while feeling right at home.

The Space
Located on the second floor of a traditional building without an elevator, the apartment is designed to easily host up to three guests. The layout features a relaxing master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom equipped with a practical shower. The living room is bright and welcoming, offering a double sofa bed. You will also find a separate, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the home includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a handy washer-dryer.

The house comes fully prepared for your stay with a complete set of kitchenware, air conditioning to keep you cool, and a practical bathroom. Fresh linens, towels, and the convenience of an in-unit washer-dryer ensure a stress-free experience for your entire group.

Access
Check-in time: 3 PM - 7 PM
As there is no front desk, please confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
Late check-ins must also be arranged and approved at least 24 hours ahead.
Early and late check-ins incur an additional fee:
From 12 PM to 3 PM: €10 (€15 on weekends)
From 7 PM to 8 PM: €25
From 8 PM to 10 PM: €35
From 10 PM to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-ins after midnight, unless agreed upon in advance.

The Neighborhood
Via Giuseppe La Farina is located in a prestigious neighborhood characterized by its quiet, tree-lined streets and proximity to the botanical gardens and Piazza Libertà. It is an ideal location for those who wish to escape the intense tourist crowds while remaining within walking distance of the Accademia Gallery and the Duomo. The area is dotted with authentic cafes, local bakeries, and high-quality grocery stores, offering a true taste of local life.

Getting Around
The apartment is exceptionally well-connected. Several bus lines stop just around the corner, whisking you to the main train station (Santa Maria Novella) or the historic center in minutes. For those who enjoy walking, a scenic 15-minute stroll will lead you directly into the UNESCO World Heritage core. If you arrive by car, there are several paid parking garages nearby, as the street itself is part of the controlled traffic zone.

Important Notes – Please Read Carefully. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes. All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival. Ants can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible. No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM. No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations. The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise. Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges. Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set. For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
