The Space
Set on the second floor of a traditional Florentine building with no elevator, the apartment sleeps up to 3 guests in compact, bright spaces. The double bedroom provides the main sleeping area, while the double sofa bed in the living room adds an extra spot: a practical setup for a couple travelling with a third guest, or for three friends exploring the city together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, ideal for anyone who wants to experience Florence at the pace of a real apartment rather than a hotel. Air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi complete the apartment. Fresh bed linens and towels are ready on arrival.

Access
Check-in time: 3 PM – 7 PM
As there is no front desk, please confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Late check-ins must also be arranged and approved at least 24 hours ahead.
Early and late check-ins incur an additional fee:
From 12 PM to 3 PM: €10 (€15 on weekends)
From 7 PM to 8 PM: €25
From 8 PM to 10 PM: €35
From 10 PM to midnight: €45
No check-ins after midnight, unless agreed upon in advance.

The Neighborhood
Via Giuseppe La Farina sits in a well-kept residential neighborhood of Florence, with quiet tree-lined streets just steps from the Giardino dei Semplici, the University of Florence botanical garden, and Piazza della Libertà. It is the right base for escaping the tourist crowds while staying within walking distance of the Galleria dell'Accademia and the Duomo. Around you are cafés frequented by locals, neighborhood bakeries and quality grocers: everyday Florence, the side of the city residents know best.

Getting Around
The apartment is very well connected. Several bus lines stop around the corner and reach Santa Maria Novella station and the historic center in just a few minutes. On foot, a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes takes you into the heart of Florence's UNESCO old town. If you arrive by car, several paid parking options are available nearby: the street is inside the limited traffic zone (ZTL), so we recommend checking your route before arrival.

Important Notes – Please Read Carefully
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes. All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival. Mosquitoes can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible. No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM. No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations. The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise. Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges. Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set. For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
