The Space
Located on the first floor of a classic historic building, the apartment is reached via a single but steep flight of stairs (no elevator), a characteristic of the city’s architectural heritage. Once inside, you are greeted by an airy, open-plan design and high-quality finishes.

Living Area: A large, light-filled living room featuring a comfortable double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. Large windows offer a stunning view of the bustling Piazza del Mercato Centrale.

Kitchen: A fully equipped, modern kitchen that flows seamlessly into the living space. It includes a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and everything needed to prepare Italian meals with fresh ingredients from the market downstairs.

Master Suite: A spacious bedroom with a Queen-size bed, ample storage, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Second Bedroom: A cozy, elegant room with a Queen-size bed and its own private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Third Bathroom: Uniquely, the apartment features a third full family bathroom with a shower, ensuring maximum privacy and convenience for all guests.

The entire apartment is equipped with high-speed Fiber WiFi and Air Conditioning in every room to ensure a comfortable stay regardless of the season. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

Access
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

The Neighborhood
You are staying in one of Florence’s most energetic districts. Piazza del Mercato Centrale is the city’s culinary soul. Downstairs, you’ll find the historic San Lorenzo market, where you can buy fresh local produce during the day or enjoy gourmet dining at the 'Mercato Centrale' food hall on the upper floor until late at night. The Duomo, Accademia Gallery, and San Lorenzo Basilica are all just a few minutes’ walk away.

Getting Around
The apartment’s location is unbeatable for travelers. It is a short 5-minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella (SMN) Train Station, making it easy to arrive and depart or take day trips to Tuscany. Since you are in the heart of the pedestrian-friendly historic center, all major sights are easily reached on foot.

Important Notes – Please Read Carefully
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes.
All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM.
No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise.
Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges.
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.

For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
