The Space
The apartment is thoughtfully laid out over two levels to maximize space and light. On the upper level, you will find a fully equipped, modern kitchen ready for your culinary experiments, a comfortable double sofa bed, and a dining area that seats four. The lower level offers a peaceful master bedroom sanctuary, complete with a dedicated workspace/desk and a flat-screen TV. A sleek, full bathroom completes this level. The interior design reflects a personal, meticulous touch, ensuring every corner feels welcoming and sophisticated.

Amenities
High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, washer/dryer combo, fully equipped kitchen, elevator access (2nd Floor), flat-screen TV, and a grocery store located directly across the street.

Access
The entire apartment is exclusively yours to enjoy. Check-in is available from 3 PM to midnight via self check-in. For early or late check-ins, please request approval at least 24 hours before arrival. A secure link will be sent to you to provide your information and confirm your arrival time. Please note that a short video call is required to verify IDs in real time before access details are released.

Interaction
We respect your privacy but are always available via message or phone should you need recommendations or assistance during your stay.

The Neighborhood
Located on Via Ricasoli, you are in the vibrant soul of Florence. You are steps away from the Accademia Gallery (home to Michelangelo’s David) and the majestic Duomo. The street is lined with history, yet offers the modern convenience of a grocery store right outside your door.

Getting Around
Being in the heart of the ZTL (Restricted Traffic Zone), the best way to explore is on foot. The Santa Maria Novella train station is a 10-15 minute walk away, and major bus lines are easily accessible to take you across the Arno or toward the hills of Fiesole.

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes.
For reasons of public safety and in accordance with current regulations, access to the facility is subject to the submission of identity documents (via a secure link) and simultaneous verification via video call.
Mosquitoes can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM.
No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise.
Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges.
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
