Family Apartment in the Heart of Florence

Ideally located just a few steps from the lively Sant'Ambrogio Market and the historic Synagogue, this centrally placed apartment is the perfect base for discovering Florence. The Sant'Ambrogio Market is one of the city’s most authentic hubs, where locals buy fresh produce, meat, cheese, and classic Tuscan specialties. With its vibrant colors and bustling atmosphere, it offers visitors a genuine glimpse into daily Florentine life.

Space
Situated on the first floor of a traditional Florentine building (no elevator), the apartment comfortably hosts up to 4 guests and features:

• Two double bedrooms (beds can be separated into singles), each equipped with a wardrobe, desk, and television
• One bathroom with a shower
• A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (Nespresso machine, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster) and a dining table with all necessary utensils
• Air conditioning and WiFi for a comfortable stay
• Fresh towels and linens provided for every guest

Access
Check-in time is between 3 PM and 7 PM.
As we do not operate a front desk, please communicate your exact arrival time at least 24 hours before check-in.
Late check-in must be requested and approved in advance.
Early and late check-in fees:
From 12:00 to 15:00: €10 (€15 on weekends)
19:00–20:00: €25
20:00–22:00: €35
22:00–00:00: €45
No check-ins are allowed after midnight unless agreed beforehand.

Neighborhood
Located in the Sant'Ambrogio district, just a short walk from the market of the same name and the Florence Synagogue.

Getting Around
Just steps from Sant'Ambrogio Market and the Synagogue, the apartment offers easy access to Florence's main attractions. Piazza della Signoria, the Cathedral (Duomo), and the Uffizi Gallery are all within walking distance, along charming Florentine streets. With its excellent position in a historic and lively area, guests can enjoy the best of Florence, from trattorias and cafés to artisan shops and boutiques.

Transit
Florence’s city center is a ZTL (limited traffic zone). Since the apartment is within this zone, drivers must pay close attention to signs and cameras (red or green lights) to avoid fines.
Guests needing to enter the ZTL by car should contact a private garage in the center to obtain a temporary access permit. The garage will register your license plate with local authorities.
All major attractions are reachable on foot.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Age Requirement: The main guest must be over 21 and will sign a short-term rental agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal purposes.
Identification: All guests must provide valid ID via a secure link as required by Italian police. Failure to do so means entry will be denied.
Long Stays: Stays longer than 30 nights require a tenancy contract under Italian law.
No Smoking
No Pets
Noise: Strictly no parties or loud noise. Please keep noise low, especially after 11 PM and when entering or exiting the property.
Visitors: No unregistered guests without prior written approval, according to police regulations.
Cleaning Fee: Covers check-out cleaning only. The kitchen must be left tidy (no dirty dishes or trash). Extra fees may apply for non-compliance.
Electricity: Italian homes have limited power capacity. Using multiple appliances at once may trip the main switch. Turn off devices before resetting power. We will show you the switch at check-in.
Plumbing: Only toilet paper may be flushed. Other items, especially feminine products, can cause blockages and result in damage fees.
Heating: By law (Florence, zone D), heating is permitted only from November 1 to April (dpeending on the Municipality decision year by year)
Lost Keys: €100 fee per lost set.
Utilities for Long Stays: For stays over 30 days, utilities are paid separately based on actual consumption.
