Our Classic Terrace Santo Spirito is located in the lively neighborhood of Borgo San Frediano, named by Lonely Planet as “the coolest in the world.” Guests can walk to Piazza Santo Spirito, one of the city’s main meeting places, in just 5 minutes. All the museums and monuments that make Florence world-famous are within easy walking distance. It’s the perfect location for those who want to experience the city like a local.

Getting Around
The apartment is well-connected to Florence’s main attractions and transport hubs. Located in the Santo Spirito district, it’s just a 10-minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and 15 minutes to Piazza Duomo. Santa Maria Novella Train Station is about 20 minutes on foot or a 10-minute taxi ride, offering access to regional and high-speed trains. Florence Airport (Peretola) is approximately 25 minutes by taxi or 40 minutes by public transport. Several nearby bus stops provide convenient connections to other districts and attractions, making it easy to explore both Florence and beyond.

Italian households have a power limit – using multiple appliances at once may trip the main switch.
Main switch (white box) will be shown upon arrival.

🚽 Toilet Use:
Only flush toilet paper – ❌ No feminine products or foreign objects to avoid damage.

🔑 Lost Keys / Lockouts:
€100 replacement fee per key set.

💡 Utility Bills for 30+ Day Stays:
Clients are responsible for utilities based on actual consumption (in addition to rent).
