The Space
Located on the second floor of a traditional Florentine building without an elevator, the apartment is designed to comfortably host up to six guests. The layout includes a spacious master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom featuring two single beds. In the bright living room, you will find a comfortable double sofa bed. Having two full bathrooms makes the morning routine easy and stress-free for everyone. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, including modern appliances. The apartment also features air conditioning to keep you cool, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a convenient washer-dryer for your laundry needs.

The house comes fully prepared for your stay with a complete set of kitchenware, air conditioning throughout, and two practical bathrooms. Fresh linens, towels, and the convenience of an in-unit washer-dryer ensure a comfortable experience for your entire group.

Access
Check-in time: 3 PM - 7 PM
As there is no front desk, please confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
Late check-ins must also be arranged and approved at least 24 hours ahead.
Early and late check-ins incur an additional fee:
From 12 PM to 3 PM: €10 (€15 on weekends)
From 7 PM to 8 PM: €25
From 8 PM to 10 PM: €35
From 10 PM to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-ins after midnight, unless agreed upon in advance.

The Neighborhood
Via Giuseppe La Farina is in a pleasant, leafy neighborhood near Piazza della Libertà. It is an excellent spot if you want to avoid the main tourist crowds but still be within a reasonable walking distance to the Accademia Gallery and the historic center. The area has plenty of local cafes, bakeries, and grocery stores for your daily needs.

Getting Around
The area is very well connected by public transport. Several bus lines stop just a short walk away, taking you directly to the Santa Maria Novella train station or the Duomo. If you prefer walking, you can reach the historic center in about 15 to 20 minutes. If you are traveling by car, there are several paid parking garages nearby, as the street is just outside the most restricted traffic zones.

Getting Around
The apartment is exceptionally well-connected. Several bus lines stop just around the corner, whisking you to the main train station (Santa Maria Novella) or the historic center in minutes. For those who enjoy walking, a scenic 15-minute stroll will lead you directly into the UNESCO World Heritage core. If you arrive by car, there are several paid parking garages nearby, as the street itself is part of the controlled traffic zone.

Important Notes – Please Read Carefully. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes. All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival. Ants can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible. No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM. No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations. The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise. Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges. Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set. For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
