This stunning 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on the first floor (with elevator) offers everything you need for a comfortable and safe stay in the centre of Florence.

As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

The Neighborhood
Staying in Piazza del Pesce means experiencing the most authentic and enchanting heart of Florence. It’s a peaceful yet incredibly central area, ideal for exploring the city entirely on foot while enjoying beauty, history and convenience.

Just a few meters from the apartment, you’ll find traditional artisan workshops, historic goldsmiths, elegant boutiques and cozy trattorias where you can taste genuine Florentine cuisine. The neighborhood is full of picturesque corners, narrow medieval streets and small squares where time seems to stand still.

Despite its prime location, Piazza del Pesce remains surprisingly quiet and intimate, making it the perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing and shopping. The riverfront offers scenic walking paths and wonderful spots to admire the sunset over the Arno.

Whether you're visiting for art, shopping, food or simply to soak in the city's unforgettable atmosphere, this neighborhood offers an authentic, charming and convenient base for your stay in Florence.

Transport
Florence’s city center is within a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), which restricts car access to certain hours. This apartment is within the ZTL, so if you plan to drive, be sure to pay attention to signs and traffic cameras (red/green lights) to avoid fines.
Guests arriving by car should contact a private garage in the area. The garage will report your license plate to the authorities so you can enter the ZTL without issues.

Florence’s main attractions are all within easy walking distance:
- Ponte Vecchio – 1 minute
- Uffizi Gallery – 3 minutes
- Piazza della Signoria – 4 minutes
- Florence Cathedral (Duomo) – 10 minutes

Other things to note
Please read the following information carefully. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal purposes. All guests must submit a valid ID at check-in, as required by Italian police regulations. This will be done through a secure online link. Failure to provide ID will result in denied entry. For stays over 30 nights, Italian law requires a formal tenancy agreement.
Smoking and pets are not permitted in the apartment. Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited, and guests are asked to be respectful of noise levels, especially when entering or exiting the building after 11 PM. No external visitors are allowed in the apartment without prior written approval, in accordance with police regulations.
The cleaning fee covers only the final cleaning at check-out. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a tidy condition, including cleaning the kitchen and disposing of garbage. Additional charges may apply for failure to comply.
Please note that Italian homes have limited electricity capacity. Using several appliances at once may cause the main power switch to trip. If this happens, simply turn off the devices and reset the main switch, a white box that will be shown to you upon arrival. Only toilet paper should be flushed in the bathroom. Any other items, especially feminine hygiene products, may cause plumbing issues and result in damage charges.

In accordance with Florence’s heating regulations (zone D), heating is permitted only from November 1 to April 15 (exact dates may change evey year). A charge of €100 will apply for each set of lost keys. For stays longer than 30 days, guests are responsible for all utility bills, which will be calculated based on actual usage.
